Contact MovieWall
You can email info@moviewallapp.com even when you cannot open or sign in to the app. We use the information you send only to understand and answer your request.
Contact from the app
When you are signed in, open Info and choose Contact MovieWall to send a question, suggestion, problem or comment directly from the app.
Privacy and safety
For a privacy request, profile report or safety concern, email info@moviewallapp.com. You can also report or block a profile from that profile inside MovieWall.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your MovieWall account in the app: open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, contact info@moviewallapp.com from the email address linked to your account. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
What to include
Include a short description of what happened and, when useful, your MovieWall username or MovieWall ID. Never send your password, sign-in code, Apple private key or another secret.
